Ingredients

- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 8 oz. peas
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 apple, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all of the ingredients together in one large mixing bowl. You may need to use your hands to really get in there and mix it well.
- Scoop out a bit of the mixture and shape into a log. Repeat until you use all of the mix.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool before serving. Store remainder in an airtight container.
