Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked & cut up turkey
  • 4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh, preferably)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (sub with coconut flour if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons brewer’s yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the turkey, cheese and parsley together in a large bowl until they are well combined.
  3. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and pour over the turkey mixture.
  4. Add in the flour, oil and the Brewer’s Yeast. Stir until all the ingredients are coated and mixed.
  5. Using a spoon, drop the mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet in small clumps.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes.
