Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked & cut up turkey
- 4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh, preferably)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (sub with coconut flour if desired)
- 2 tablespoons brewer’s yeast
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the turkey, cheese and parsley together in a large bowl until they are well combined.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl and pour over the turkey mixture.
- Add in the flour,
oil and the Brewer’s Yeast. Stir until all the ingredients are coated and mixed. - Using a spoon, drop the mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet in small clumps.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
