- 1 egg
- 1cup instant oats
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of flour (your choice as to what kind)
- 1/8 cup of instant rice
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl. One by one, add in all the other ingredients, mixing until well blended.
- Spread out the mix on a microwave-safe plate.
- Heat the mix in the microwave for about 3.5 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Cut into pieces, then serve. Store leftovers in an air-tight container.
