  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled up
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/8 cup of bacon fat
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk powder
  • 2 cup flour, your choice
  • 2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal


  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl with a heavy-duty mixing spoon.
  3. Drop the dough in heaping tablespoonfuls onto your cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn off your oven and let the cookies dry overnight on the baking sheet inside.
