The Samoyed dog breed hails from Russia. These medium-sized dogs are alert, friendly, playful and social.
Schnauzer dogs come in 3 different sizes: Miniature, Standard and Giant. The Miniature Schnauzer stands about 12” to 14” tall, the Standard Schnauzer stands about 19’ to 20” tall and the Giant Schnauzer stands about 2.1’ to 2.3’ tall.
36. Shih Tzu
In the Chinese language, Shih Tzu means “lion dog.” These small dogs do require a lot of grooming because of their long, thick coats.

There are 2 types of Soft-Coated Wheaten Terriers: American and Irish. The American variety features a thick, wooly coat, while the Irish variety features a curly, silky coat.
Spanish Water Dogs require minimal grooming and they feature a coat that is curly and wooly. These medium-sized dogs are athletic, diligent, intelligent and loyal.
39. Tibetan Terrier
Even though Tibetan Terriers have lots of fur, they hardly shed at all. These medium-sized dogs are intelligent, loving, loyal and social.
40. Welsh Terrier–
The Welsh Terrier does require brushing a few times each week, but they don’t shed, or they shed very little. These small dogs are alert, friendly, loving and spirited.

42. Wire Fox Terrier

The Wirehaired Pointing Griffon is a relatively rare dog breed that lives in Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. These large dogs are devoted, graceful, obedient and social.
The Xoloitzcuintli dog is one of the most unique hypoallergenic dog breeds. He comes in 3 different sizes: Toy, Miniature and Standard. The Toy Xoloitzcuintli stands between 9” and 14” tall, the Miniature Xoloitzcuintli stands between 15” and 20” tall and the Standard Xoloitzcuintli stands between 20” and 30” tall.
Yorkshire Terriers have coats that are fine, silky and grow rather fast. These small dogs have no undercoat, so they don’t shed at all.
